SUBMITTED VERSION: DARBY BIBLE

You can access your Darby Bible, the French translation by John Nelson Darby in the nineteenth century from the Hebrew and Greek original texts.

The translation of the New Testament ends in 1859 and the Old Testament in 1885.

John Nelson Darby was an English Protestant preacher, founder of the movement called Darbysme or "Brethren Assemblies." Darby realized translations of the Bible from the original texts, in English, German and French.

The King James Bible in French that we present today is mostly literal, respecting the text. Its translation quality and fidelity to the original text is the source of its success and is still published and read today.
